BravoPOS not only is a wireless point of sale system, but also a robust complete restaurant solution. While many POS systems focus on colorful interfaces and "bells and whistles", BravoPOS focuses on the actual business tasks that restaurants face on a daily basis. Unlike many modern restaurant POS systems, BravoPOS still allows the manager to completely customize the POS system through a manager application without waiting having to wait for a Bravo rep to come and initiate the customization process. And unlike many older POS systems, there is no need for a "refresh" of all terminals - BravoPOS automatically updates each handheld and touch screen when changes have been made.

BravoPOS not only includes the handheld wireless functionality, but also a touch screen interface component with an identical interface to the handheld device. This means that waitstaff don't need extra training for either method of entering information and can move seamlessly between touch screen and handheld.
